360° T&I Evaluations® is a tool for skills development : 

  • For the person, 360° responds to the need for progress,
  • For the hierarchy, 360° responds to the need for competent and involved in their development,
  • For the organization, 360° promotes teamwork and team cohesion.

The 360 ° promotes awareness.

The 360° consists of questions relating to professional situations where the participant may be observed: observable behaviors.

From a questionnaire that must be filled by :

    • The person being evaluated: self-assessment
    • His (or her) supervisor (s)
    • Colleagues selected by the person
    • Their direct reports chosen by the person
